National Merchants Association’s Shalynn Moore Chosen For ETA Committee

Passionate payments professional and Collections Manager poised to drive the industry forward

TEMECULA, Calif. – December 27, 2018 — Shalynn Moore, Director of Accounts Receivable, National Merchants Association (NMA), has been selected to serve on the ETA Member Engagement Committee.

According to ETA, “The Member Engagement Committee informs ETA’s strategy for recruiting, engaging, and retaining members in the association and increasing participation in its forums of activity. The committee plays a specific role in obtaining new members from current/new markets and in conducting personalized outreach in order to retain existing members.”

Moore’s payments career began in 2015, when she first joined the NMA team. Shortly after, she became an active ETA member – joining a number of ETA committees. Moore is also an active member of the Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions (Wnet).

“Shalynn consistently thinks outside of the box and tries to find ways to advocate for our merchants and the company alike,” says NMA CEO, Heather Altepeter. “She lives and breathes our core values through everything she does, and I am so grateful that she is dedicated to building a better payments industry.”

Moore is excited about her most recent appointment and is eager to move the payments industry forward.
